Last updated: June 19, 2025

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of VoIP Savvy’s website, communication solutions, professional services, software-related services, integrations, support services, and related content. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of Services

You may use VoIP Savvy’s services for lawful business purposes only. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our solutions, platforms, integrations, and support services complies with applicable laws, telecom regulations, internal company policies, and third-party service provider terms.

2. Communication Solutions and Professional Services

VoIP Savvy provides services related to open-source VoIP, IP PBX, contact center platforms, IVR, CRM telephony, voice logging, WebRTC, WhatsApp integrations, SIP trunking, third-party integrations, and technical support. Final scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, responsibilities, and support coverage are defined in the applicable quotation, proposal, agreement, or service order.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, required system access, network details, SIP trunk details, hosting access, API credentials, approval documents, and other project requirements needed for implementation or support. Delays in providing required information or access may affect project timelines.

4. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Some VoIP Savvy services may involve third-party platforms, telecom providers, SIP carriers, hosting providers, CRM systems, WhatsApp Business API providers, payment systems, or external APIs. VoIP Savvy is not responsible for failures, downtime, pricing changes, restrictions, policy updates, or service limitations caused by third-party providers.

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Support Plans

Some services may be offered on a one-time project basis, while others may be provided under subscription, maintenance, or SLA-based support plans. Customers agree to pay all applicable fees as stated in the approved quotation, invoice, subscription plan, support plan, or service agreement.

6. Service Availability

VoIP Savvy works to provide reliable communication solutions and technical support. However, service availability may depend on hosting environments, internet connectivity, customer infrastructure, SIP carriers, telecom providers, third-party platforms, power availability, network security, and other external factors. Any uptime, support response, or availability commitment must be specifically stated in a written SLA or service agreement.

7. Security and Access

Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials, server access, admin panels, SIP credentials, API keys, and user access permissions. VoIP Savvy may recommend security practices such as strong passwords, firewall rules, VPN access, role-based access, encryption options, backups, and monitoring, but the final security posture also depends on customer infrastructure and configuration choices.

8. Compliance and Regulatory Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of VoIP, SIP trunking, outbound calling, call recording, contact center operations, messaging, data storage, and customer communication workflows complies with applicable telecom, privacy, data protection, and industry-specific regulations in their operating countries. VoIP Savvy can support compliance-focused configurations, but legal or regulatory responsibility remains with the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, documentation, design elements, service descriptions, and materials created by VoIP Savvy remain the property of VoIP Savvy unless otherwise agreed in writing. Open-source software components remain subject to their respective licenses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoIP Savvy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-business damages arising from the use of our website, services, systems, integrations, third-party platforms, or support services.
