About VoIP Savvy
Open-source VoIP, contact center, CRM telephony, and communication engineering for businesses that want more control, flexibility, and long-term value.
Our Story
Built by telecom engineers who believe business communication should be open, flexible, and controlled by the business itself.
VoIP Savvy grew from hands-on telecom engineering work that started in 2018, solving PBX issues, building call flows, configuring Asterisk systems, supporting contact centers, and connecting communication platforms with business tools.
We officially launched VoIP Savvy in 2021 with one clear belief: businesses should have more control over their communication systems, without being trapped by expensive licenses or rigid vendor platforms.
Today, we help companies design, deploy, customize, and support open-source VoIP, IP PBX, contact center, IVR, CRM telephony, voice logging, WhatsApp integration, and AI-enabled communication workflows.
